Specific dietary recommendations for special situations:
Vomiting: You must reduce the intake of fats and fried foods with strong odor they produce nausea. It is also important to reduce the anxiety that does not contribute to proper digestion.

Diarrhoea: In all cases insist on an alkaline hydration rife with lemonade and soft drinks and an astringent diet (rice, mashed potato and carrot, apple, fish, chicken and ham). Milk is not recommended, ripe fruits, jams, foods high in fat, insoluble fiber, alcohol and snuff.
Irritation of mouth: It is essential to proper oral hygiene dental review before recommending treatment. In general, a liquid or semi-liquid diet to avoid irritating foods cold mashed (fatty or fried) may be helpful.
