Abdominal typhus diagnosis

Abdominal typhus (typhoid fever, enteric fever) is an acute infectious disease of the gastrointestinal tract bias of the symptoms of fever for more than a week, gastrointestinal disorders and disorders of consciousness.

Aetiology

Salmonella typhi, gram-negative bacilli, moving with her hair, not berspra. Have at least 3 kinds of antigen O antigen (somatic), H antigen (flagella) and Vi antigen.

Pathogenesis

Complications

From the anamnesis and physical examination can be made the diagnosis, observation of abdominal typhoid.
